Policies are written to protect us, you, your child/ren, visitors to the setting etc.

Policies share information about the setting with you and may be required by other agencies – for example, the Local Authority, data protection legislation, insurance company and Ofsted. 

Written policies allow me to provide evidence of compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR,05.2018) and other relevant legislation.

All policies are working documents, updated as legislation changes and reviewed annually.

Policies form part of the agreement you make with us when you sign your Parent-Provider Contract.
